Tickets are selling out fast for the upcoming Outdoor Recreation Network ‘People and Dogs in the Outdoors’ seminar hosted by Forestry Commission England and The Kennel Club. With over 60% of tickets already sold and less than 2 weeks left to book this event is not to be missed.
With input from key policy-makers, stakeholders, academics and practitioners, this exciting two-day event will cover important contemporary policy and practice matters.

We encourage you to book early as “all things dog related” are of real interest to our member organisations, and delegate numbers will be capped.
A comprehensive Agenda will be sent out in the New Year.
- Registration opens at 10am on day 1 with the first session beginning at 11am.
- Registration on day 2 of the seminar will open at 8:15am with the first session starting at 9am.
There are five ticket opens to choose from:
- Full Seminar Ticket including Evening Dinner- £190
This ticket is for those wishing to attend the full two-day conference. This ticket includes refreshments & lunch on both days, ‘Walk after Dark’ (optional) & evening dinner on the first day.
- Full Seminar Ticket excluding Evening Dinner- £160
This ticket is for those wishing to attend the full two-day seminar. This ticket includes refreshments, lunch on both days, ‘Walk after Dark’ (optional) however does not include the evening dinner on the first day.
- Day 1 Seminar including Evening Dinner- £150
This ticket is for those wishing to attend day one of the Seminar on Tuesday 12th February. This ticket includes refreshments and lunch, ‘Walk after Dark’ (optional) and the evening dinner.
- Day 1 Seminar Ticket excluding Evening Dinner- £120
This ticket is for those wishing to attend day one of the Seminar. This ticket includes refreshments, lunch and ‘Walk after Dark’ (optional), however does not include the evening dinner.
- Day 2 Seminar Ticket- £120
This ticket is for those wishing to attend day 2 of the Seminar. This ticket includes refreshments and lunch.
Seminar Shuttle Service
We will providing a shuttle bus from Thetford & Brandon during the Conference. This is for those who will be arriving by train and do not have access to a car. Spaces are limited to 29 people each day.
Hotel Delegate Rate
Please note room availability in the hotel is limited. We have secured a special delegate B&B rate at Lynford Hall Hotel for those wishing to stay onsite during the Seminar. Please book this directly with the hotels.
£85 (single occupancy) / £95 (double occupancy) please state the name of the conference when booking.

Getting to the Venue
Due to the rural location of Lynford Hall Hotel, the simplest way to get to the hotel is by car. The hotel will have stewards to help ensure you get your car parked in the car park.
Trains frequently pass through both Thetford & Brandon Station. Due to limited taxi services in the area we will be proving a shuttle bus from Thetford and Brandon Train Stations aswell as some of the larger hotels in the area. Please note that this is for those who will not have access to a car and is limited to 29 people. This should be booked when purchasing your ticket.
